Ten Mindful Movements


This video is included as an alternative for the Yoga practices of the free online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR) by Palouse Mindfulness (http://palousemindfulness.com). The movements are demonstrated by Thich Nhat Hanh himself. This video is bundled with the Thich Nhat Hanh’s book, “Mindful Movements: Ten Exercises for Well-Being“.
